So, all the time I was there, so many people were queuing up to pitch the horseshoes. I guess its pretty interesting as I myself was also there watching it till it ends at 9pm for the 3 days I was there. I rationalised the reason why people would spend hours or even days on this sport and I came up with an extremely logical conclusion.

Firstly, it is free for all to play. And its held in an air-conditioned compound.
Secondly, it is easy. Everyone can play with no prerequisites.
Thirdly, everyone stands a chance to qualify and take part in the semi-finals and win up to S$2,000!
Lastly, the bloody sport has a 5/5 level difficulty which makes people want to conquer it. It is not exactly very easy to play but relatively relaxing enough for people of all ages to play. But it is also not too easy for anyone to get bored of it in 15 minutes time.

Anyway, I'll be going Jakarta! Finally, I'll be going somewhere for a short holiday.
