So, I've decided to add a poll to kaypoh about the favourite places of people in their homes.
Well, mine is the toilet. Strange but I feel an affinity to the bathroom. It gives me a sense of privacy in which I can hide in, read in or just sit inside and do nothing. I can't really stand shabby looking toilets or toilets with dirty corners and so on. Although this does not mean that my toilet is super clean but it is at least comfortable to me. And of course, the first thing I look out for in hotels is their toilets. If it looks or feels weird, I would rather change rooms.
I have been trying to find a reason for my love for the toilet and I think I found it. It may be due to the fact that I have been forced to share rooms and space with the sister, making my life a lack of privacy. Hiding in the toilet to read, or talk on the phone gives me time alone. And the occasional house lizard would appear and I would ask it to hide itself from my mum and sister who would kick a big fuss over it and kill it. The toilet is a good place. :)
