I have backlagging in my blogging these days. I think working has not done wonders to me. It has made me fatter and lazier. What can be worse than that? That shall be the reason I would give when I want to stop working.

Anyway, some photos below. Most are from xianrong's birthday (which was eons ago) and some other random photos.

Birthdays must have presents right?? That is the gift box in which the presents were.

And food! How would he dare to return from Japan without buying any food for us??
But I actually thought that this was a jigsaw puzzle. Can't blame me right? It DOES look like a wrapped up jigsaw puzzle..

Attempting to open the titbits for us to eat. He must have not been very willing, judging from his expression.Food! Japanese stuffs are real cute. The packaging are beyond words. Not to mention delicious too. Snack that looked like a chick, supposedly.
And he bought other snacks too. There were delicious chocolates and the one here is corn chocolate. You must be thinking wth, corn choc?? But its surprisingly good.
Those holding the choc must be secretly trying to snatch it away from each other when I finished taking the photo.
That's the present. The thing on the table, not the girl. You are supposed to balance everything on that board that rests on a ball. And she had succeeded after many tries in putting almost all on top of the board, with one last one in her hands.
I told her to pose for a photo because I am sure when the last one goes, everything will fall. And I was right. Heh.
This is the other present. Well, it works the same way, just that instead of stacking Snow White, her Prince Charming, the 7 dwarves and poison apples, you are supposed to stack spikes on the porcupine.
Everyone having fun/fascination over the presents/toys. Trying.
Still trying.
And move on to the next one.
On a final update for that, XR claims that he had completed both and can stack EVERYTHING atop of the board/porcupine. I've yet to seen it so I don't believe it. I'll make him bring everything out one day and stack it right infront of me, then I'll take photo and believe it!

Some random photos.

My grandfather has this really cool ring. It's a puzzle ring. There are 4 bands and in order to get it intact again, you got to piece it back, like some mind-twisting puzzle.
This was taken before I dismantled the piece, and I've yet to piece it back. :(

Some time back, owl and I went to Hard Rock Cafe for dinner. It was his first time there, can you believe it... Anyway, these are our dinner for that night.

Fish and Chips for him. How boring can one get. Heh.

On a final note, it is National Day again tomorrow. Unfortunately, it falls on a Saturday. The leave is credited to my annual leave, which I still can't take because of the silly probation period.
Well, either case, HAPPY NATIONAL DAY!
And today is the start of the Beijing Olympics too. :)
