For those who doesn't know, I had been to Taiwan for 2 weeks and am back now. Didn't buy alot of things because had to lug them around (we were sort of backpacking), but took tons of photos.
Went to quite a few places too but still, Taiwan is too huge to be finished in 2 weeks (unlike Singapore).
And expenses there are relatively cheap. Food is ridiculously cheap and admission to the Taipei Zoo is only NT$30, which is roughly equivalent to S$1!

There are also expensive admissions to several places. The ticket to Taipei 101 costs NT$400 (S$20) and it was just a viewing of the scene from the 89th storey.
Look at the ticket stubs. The image on the tickets is a raining scene and an Egyptian theme. Coincidentally, it was raining the night we went and the Egyptian-themed one must definitely be mine! The ticket-seller must have read my mind.

They also gave us useless vouchers to be used at Movenpick in Taipei 101 and left us feeling obliged to use them because we had already paid so much, we just HAD to utilise everything (almost) that was given to us.
The stupid person being conned to buy ice-cream at Taipei on a rainy and cold night
Look! I climbed 90 storeys up! 386m upwards!
Well, the view was quite spectacular.
Ok, I'm tired already. Will update more. Soon I hope.
