Its 2.30am and here I am, moving onto Mencius and Mozi after a whole day of Confucius. How fun Chinese philosophy is. Actually this is said not entirely coated with sarcasm. I think that Confucius' teachings and thoughts would actually be interesting if it is not examinable. I even thought of getting the Analects to read just for leisure sake. Ok, I know you guys must be thinking that I'm crazy right? Oh well, maybe I am. Who knows. I have been indulging myself a lot recently. After slacking for a very long time after my handing up of all my term papers, fyi I did not too bad for all of them, I went for the penguin book sale at expo last saturday and I actually spent $60 odd on books. Hold your criticisms before I start explaining! Don't condemn me like that ma. The books were generally going at $5, who could resist them?!? It would be such a waste to miss such a good sale! Although sadly, I would not have the time to finish them all now, since I have to mug for Chinese history, philosophy and theatre. Look at the bright side!! I have a lot of books now! I can REALLY start a book rental business! But the downside is that my books are all over the place. Maybe I really have too many books, I can't find a decent place to keep all of them! I seriously need a space organiser, if there is even someone who does that! I need someone to come over to my room and organise my space for me. I totally suck at that. Ok, enough ramblings for the time being. Might be back later for more posts. Who knows? ;p Anyway, you guys should check out this band, 苏打绿. They are quite alternative rock according to me. Well, if you guys insist, I know I like weird and off-stream music but they are really good. Check out 樱桃帮 too! Maybe later I can come back and post a list of bands or musicians people should just give them more credit. Yay! I found my topic for later! I will perserve till the post later. It's back to Mencius for now.
