It is only when someone is in the hospital, fighting some evil disease or virus that you can see clearly how people can lie to themselves and the patients with ease. People tell lies to the patients to make them feel better and to offer them hope. Even if you know that the patient will not be walking out of the hospital anytime soon, you have no qualms about making phantom plans on what to do when he's discharged. I like movies which make me think. And the film that I've watched yesterday really made me think quite a bit. I really quite liked it though a few others thought it suck. Oh, the film's Memento for your info. It explores issues like the purpose of life and memories and facts. I am so enjoying my Film and History module.
