Today, me, kutu, huilin, kat and pervin went for our long-awaited outing to marina bay for steamboat cum bbq buffet. We had alot of fun cooking our food but the main event of the day was what happened before we started eating. When we arrived at marina bay mrt station and went out to the bus stop, a few guys from different steamboat stalls approached us and tried to get us to go to their stalls. So after much deliberation, we decided on one which was quite a wrong choice, considering what happened. Haha. So when we reached the place and sat down, a table near us had their gas tank spitting fire. And to think that we were actually laughing at the situation. But when we started to cook our food, almost the same thing happened to us, only that ours was worst. Our whole stove caught fire and the fire was quite big. So all of us, save for kutu, ran for our lives and stood around the table, laughing at our plight. Haha. Kutu after getting over the initial shock the finally realised that she was in a dangerous situation, she ran away from the table. Can you imagine if the people there did not come fast enough to put out the fire? The whole thing might explode and we may all die!! And the best part was that the uncle actuall told us not to be afraid! What nonsense. Would you be afraid that you will die eating steamboat? Of course right. The uncle must have seen too many such cases of the gas tank or the stove catching fire. So people and friends out there, be thankful that we are still alive, standing around and laughing at the fire. If not, you guys will have to visit us in the hospital. Haha. Anyway, the hazard steamboat stall is the one near to the entertainment centres. If you are keen for an adventure, you can try there...
