It seems like quite a lot of people caught the movie 'Ghost'. I watched it too with kutu on last sat. That gal is a sucker for horror movies, especially korean ones although she will be scared out of her wits. It is actually quite a good show with quite a good plot as compared to other korean horror movies. Basically, me and kutu had sort of decided to watch a few more horror movies like 'Art of the Devil', 'One Missed Call' and whatever other movies that come out.
Other than watching a movie last sat, almost the whole of my last week was spent enjoying myself. Haha. Since thrus onwards, I have been enjoying myself, particularly in the food section. Went to Hard Rock Cafe on Thrusday, ate Yoshinoya with melvin loh on Friday, had aji-sen ramen for lunch on sat and went to a restaurant at sembawang for dinner. And last but not least, I went for a feast at my grandma's house on Sunday. Does looking at all these actually make you salivatE? Haha. Generally, I have been feeling fat these few days. Haiz. Oh ya, the feast on the weekend is because it is my sis's birthday on sat. Yeah.
So today is the 2nd day of school after prelims. In general, we already know most of our prelims results, save for GP of course. LPH claims that she has already finished marking the papers and is only waiting for clearance from the office to release the results to us. What crap!! I don't really believe her because 220 already know their GP results. Why will the office allow 220 to have their results but not us? I seriously suspect that she has not finish marking our papers and she is only lying through her teeth. Sometimes, I really wonder. She seems to be marking our scripts last minute, will she just do a sloppy job of really grading our papers? But I don't really think I bother anymore. I'm kinda numb to my results already. My history is not exactly fantastic and not up to my expectations although I passed. My lit paper for Spencer failed by half a mark. My maths results are already made known to the world. Now, I can only hope that Mr Sim will not fail my essay so that I can at least pass my overall. Yea. Can only hope for the best.
Ok, now let's go on to the slightly better news. MOE is doing away with the JC ranking and there will only be the ranking for value-added. And guess what? YJ is TOP of the table because we are FIRST for value-added. For the first time in YJ history, I suppose, they are at the top of the table!! Isn't that sometime to be happy about? Haha. Whatever. But the good news for us is that we are getting a half day off on this coming friday. Ending school at 11.10am supposedly, provided LPH did not lie to us. Yay so much for all the excitement...
